  • Thomas Lawler, Supervisory Special Agent, FBI, responsible for federal cyber investigations in Connecticut.  Special Agent Lawler has conducted complete computer intrusion, cyber national security, and counter-terrorism investigations.  Hear first-hand how cyber criminals have different techniques to steal data or take control of a company’s computer system.

  • Peter Verlezza, Managing Partner, SMB Networks, LLC, author of three Amazon best seller books.  With extensive cybersecurity experience, Peter will show you how to navigate and prevent cyber and information security challenges as well as ransomware issues. 

  • Stacey Gulick, Garfunkel Wild, PC, partner and member of the Health Care Information and Technology and Compliance and White Collar Crime Defense Practice Groups.  Attorney Gulick will cover legal issues and the steps that need to be taken in the event of a cyber breach in a medical practice.

  • Alicia Golia, HUB International, from the Cyber Risk and Technology Solutions Department at HUB International, will provide information on how to assess which cybersecurity insurance policy is best for your medical practice.
